TEMPLE UNIVERSITY TRANSCRIPTS
If you would like to request a copy of your official Temple University transcript at a cost of $6 per copy, please visit the website for the Office of Academic Records for information on how to have your request completed. If you are ready to request your records, please print the Transcript Request Form, fill it out, sign it and either mail, fax or bring it to our office. Transcripts are not mailed upon a student's graduation.
We offer both same-day ($10 same-day fee in addition to the $6 per copy fee) and next day pick up service (regular price of $6 per copy.) Please call us at 215/204-1131 if you would like to arrange to pick up your transcripts from our office on the 2nd floor of Conwell Hall on the Main Campus.
If you need your records mailed, the regular processing time is 7-10 business days however, we do offer overnight shipping via UPS. There is an option on the Transcript Request Form to indicate that you want overnight shipping service via UPS. Requests for UPS service received before noon will ship the same day.
We do not accept email requests for transcripts, as your signature is required. We do, however, accept faxes of the Transcript Request Form. Please see the website for additional details. We accept all major credit cards.
